Spend 5 weeks cultivating a calm body and mind through the deeply nourishing practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Each class begins with 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga—a gentle, prop-supported practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Using bolsters, blocks, and blankets, you’ll ease into restful poses held for 7–10 minutes, allowing your body to fully release and reset.
Following the restorative portion, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”—a powerful meditation technique that invites you into a state of conscious rest between wakefulness and sleep.

This series is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. We encourage attending all 5 weeks to receive the full benefits, but drop-ins are welcome if you're new or in need of self-care.
Dress comfortably. If you have props, please bring:
1 yoga mat
2 blocks
1 strap or belt
1 bolster
